Internship Program
Remote | Salaried 18+

Job Description
Interns will support EduAvenues strategic and operational efforts across all product lines, including the development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, financial planning & analysis, analytics, CRM, content creation, and demand generation across the EduAvenues portfolio. Internships last through both the academic year (part-time) and summer. Internship applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

EduAvenues is an education consulting group and we’re taking the guesswork out of education. We supporte decision-making for parents on everything from school choice and testing to coursework and extracurriculars. We offer a number of prep services including Specialized High School Admissions Admissions Prep, College Consulting
, MATHCOUNTS, Pre-MedPrep, individual tutoring, and coding bootcamps. So far, we’ve served over 700+ students and are growing rapidly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with prioritizing, communicating, and influencing key deliverables.

  • Experience thinking strategically, structurally solving product problems, and driving execution.

  • Willingness to learn and a sense of ownership

  • For paid internships, the applicant must be at least 18 years of age

  • The applicant must be in process of completing a high school diploma or 4-year undergraduate degree at an accredited institution

Compensation

This role will be hourly with a commitment of 4-8 hours per week during the school year, and 10-15 hours per week over the summer in an entirely remote capacity. The role will be compensated via a salary for college interns. Others are compensated via benefits, a discretionary bonus, as well as individual consultation sessions. There are opportunities for this position to evolve into a full-time role for high performers, along with opportunities for promotions and equity. EduAvenues may also provide letters of recommendation or serve as a reference for future roles and/or the college admissions process. This internship program will run on a semester basis, with openings available in the Fall, Spring, and Summer.
