Artificial Intelligence prep for TJ students
AI assignments ask students to turn an algorithm from a description into working, efficient Python. This course will practice that step with guided exercises.
Who it is for
TJ students taking Artificial Intelligence 1 or 2.
Usually taken in 11th or 12th grade.
What the course will include
- Lessons on topics such as search algorithms, heuristics, constraint satisfaction, game trees, genetic algorithms, and an introduction to machine learning.
- Coding exercises and concept questions that build each algorithm in small steps.
- Complete solutions for every exercise, with the code explained line by line where it matters.
- Notes on making each algorithm run fast enough, from better data structures to pruning the search.
It is built the same way as our AP Precalculus course, which is open now: every problem is original, and every solution shows each step. Tuition will be announced when the course opens.
