CollegePrep Program

Application Studio

Essays, activities lists, school strategy, interviews, recommendations, and final reviews for families who want the process managed carefully from the first brainstorm to the last submit button.

Class of 2028 Enrollment Is Open · 2026-27 Is Full

The application year has too many moving parts.
We help your family keep them coherent.

We work alongside your student from the very first brainstorm to the moment they click submit on their last application. Essays, activities lists, school strategy, interview prep, recommendation context, and final review all have to fit together. The outcome is a calmer process and an application that reads like one student, not a pile of disconnected parts.

"Princeton has been his wildest dream, and something we as parents honestly did not even dare to dream of for him. Your suggestions, edits, and rewrites helped him enormously, and we feel your assistance was critical for his success."

"We switched to your services after paying a lot for another consulting service, and the difference was tremendous. We wish we had started with your company to begin with."

What gets cleaned up before submission

These are the decisions that usually create stress late in the process.

Essays

Everything included, on every option

We treat your student like a mentee, not a ticket. This is what every family gets, whichever option you choose.

Unlimited essay editing

Revise every essay as many times as it takes. No revision caps, no per-draft fees, through your last deadline.

A school list built with you

We build the list with your student: firm safeties and targets they would be happy to attend, then reaches. Every school is checked against its own admissions data, with notes on fit.

Early decision strategy

Which binding round to use, how to sequence ED I and ED II, and when EA helps or hurts. We check the net price calculator with you before anything is binding.

Every supplement checked against the prompt

We read each supplement against the exact prompt and word limit, so every essay answers the question the school actually asked.

Activities & Honors, line by line

We help your student choose what goes first and say more in 150 characters, so their work is easy to understand at a glance.

Recommendation packets

A ready-to-send packet for each teacher and counselor: the earliest deadline, how the letter gets submitted, and what each recommender is best placed to speak to.

Interview preparation

Practice for schools that interview, so your student sounds prepared, specific, and like themselves.

Group working sessions

Live sessions through the application season, with extra time around the big deadlines like November 1 and January 1. Schedule to be released.

Questions answered, no meter running

Email us whenever something comes up. We never bill for a quick question.

A full review before submission

Final materials are due 15 days before each deadline. We check every piece for consistency, formatting, and anything missing before your student submits.

One home for the whole application

Your student's school list, essays, activities, and our feedback all live in one place on our platform, with comments right beside their writing. They can even send an updated draft while an earlier one is in review.

Help after decisions

Deferral and waitlist update letters, and help weighing offers in the spring.

How we are different

Many families come to us after working with another consultant. Here is what changes.

EduAvenues: Answered by email at no charge
Essay feedback
Typical consultant: A few general comments, and your student figures out the rest
EduAvenues: Line-by-line edits and suggested rewrites, in your student's voice
School list

Meetings
Typical consultant: Hours of calls to get anything done
EduAvenues: Written feedback you can reread, plus group sessions

How the work moves

A clear sequence keeps the application from becoming a last-minute scramble.

  1. Start with the story

We learn the student, school list, constraints, and timeline before deciding what each application needs to accomplish.
  2. Build the essays

We brainstorm, outline, revise, and polish personal statements and supplementals while keeping the student’s voice intact.
  3. Make the pieces fit

Activities, honors, resumes, recommendation context, interviews, and school requirements are checked against the same application story.
  4. Review before submission

Before anything goes out, we review for consistency, formatting, missing pieces, and avoidable mistakes.

Choose the right level of support

Every option includes unlimited essay editing, a school list built with your student, early decision strategy, every group working session, activities & honors, recommendation packets, interview preparation, and a full review before submission. Options scale by the number of schools and how fast drafts come back.

How unlimited editing works

Revise each essay as many times as it needs. We review one draft per school at a time, so send the next version once you have our comments on the last one.

Schools without essays are free

A school with no supplemental essays does not count toward your total. The UC application counts as one school, however many campuses you choose.

Group working sessions

Live working sessions through the application season, timed around the deadlines that matter most. The full schedule will be released soon.

Families who have been in any EduAvenues program before receive 15% off tuition. These options are for the Class of 2028. Families enrolled for 2026-27 keep the option and terms they signed up for.

Common Questions

Still thinking it over? Here are the things families usually ask.

Is editing really unlimited?

Really unlimited. A lot of firms cap you at two or three revisions per essay and charge for every round after that. We think that's backwards. Great essays take several drafts, and the best ones usually show up around draft four or five, right when a metered plan runs out. So your student keeps revising until the essay is genuinely done, and we keep reading. The only rule is one draft per school in review at a time, so every round gets our full attention. Comments come back within 7 business days, or within 24 hours on Private.

Can we meet one-on-one?

Yes. Private includes four one-on-one strategy meetings, timed for the moments that matter most: building the school list, early decision, the final read-through, and spring decisions. On 3 Schools and Elite, you can add one-on-one time whenever you want it.

Do you help build the school list?

Yes, on every option, and it is usually the first thing families ask us for. We build the list together with your student, not for them. We start with a few firm safeties and targets they would be genuinely happy to attend, then add the reaches. Every school gets checked against its own admissions data, not a ranking site. Then we plan which early decision and early action rounds give your student the best shot.

What if our school list grows?

That happens all the time, and it is no problem. Add schools for $750 each on any option (Private covers up to 30), or upgrade and we credit everything you have already paid. If you are adding more than a few schools to 3 Schools, Elite is usually the better deal, and we will tell you so.

How does support work? Is it in-person or virtual?

Most strategy and working sessions are held via live video conference, so your student can work with us from anywhere. We currently have students as far as Turkey, Singapore, and China. We also offer limited in-person options for local families. Session timing and length are based on what your student needs at that stage of the process. Between sessions, we collaborate via email and shared Google Docs for essay drafts.

When should we start, and how far in advance do we need to sign up?

Ideally, the summer before senior year. That gives us time to brainstorm essay topics, build a school list, and get ahead of early action and early decision deadlines without rushing. Class of 2028 families can sign up now. The 2026-27 cycle is full.

How much of the work do you take off our plate?

As much as you want us to. We run the whole process with your family: brainstorming topics with your student, building the school list, mapping every deadline, and keeping every document organized. On the essays, we go line by line, with specific edits and suggested rewrites, until each one sounds like your student at their best. You will always know what is due next, and nothing slips through the cracks.

What if we only need help with essays, not the whole application?

3 Schools is our lightest option and works well for families who mostly need essay and application support for a short list. If you only have one or two schools in mind, reach out and we can talk about what makes sense. We don't want you paying for more than you need.

Can we upgrade partway through?

Yes, subject to availability. We'll credit what you've already paid toward the higher option. A lot of families start with 3 Schools and upgrade to Elite once they see how the process works and decide to add more schools. Private has a small number of seats, so upgrades to Private depend on availability.

How is this different from your Concierge or Insider programs?

Concierge and Insider are multi-year programs that start in grades 7-11 and focus on building your student's profile over time: course selection, extracurriculars, summer programs, test prep strategy. Application Assembly is specifically for senior year: essays, applications, interviews, and submissions. Current CollegePrep families get priority enrollment and a returning-family discount.

Who is our consultant? Can we pick?

We match your student with a consultant based on fit: their interests, target schools, and personality. You'll work with the same person throughout the entire process so they really get to know your student. If for any reason it's not a good fit, we'll rematch you.

Are there extra charges for quick questions or normal support?

No. Once you're enrolled, your student can email their consultant with questions throughout the process. Essay editing is unlimited on every option, and we do not bill you every time your student needs a quick answer or a point of clarification. Added one-on-one time is the only extra charge.

Do you help with financial aid or scholarship applications?

Elite and Private include scholarship application reviews. For full financial aid support (FAFSA, CSS Profile, appeals), we offer that as a separate consultation. Ask us about it when you enroll.
